This meeting was moved to November 6, 2008, due to Election Day and had a limited agenda.

The Board voted to amend the 2009 budget to reflect proper appropriations for some special districts and record the unpaid water and sewer charges for the new budget. The Board also voted to pay the bills.

The Board went into executive session for attorney-client privilege. When the Board returned, it voted down a motion to release an Ontario County Board of Ethics opinion regarding the Town Supervisor's participation in setting fee differential and Planning Board referrals. The Town Attorney stated that the Supervisor will continue to participate in these matters.

The Board agreed to a 6:30 PM start time for the November 18, 2008, Board meeting.
